Rhonda Phare

Rhonda Phare brings over 25 years of diverse experience to her role as Managing Partner of 123 Remodeling's Arizona branch. Her career in the design industry began in high-end decorative plumbing, where she traveled extensively across the United States and Europe, promoting brand awareness. Rhonda's expertise has earned her national recognition, including awards for projects like the St. Regis Hotel in Deer Valley, Utah.

Throughout her career, Rhonda has worn many hats. She has served as an instructor, providing continuing education to designers, architects, and builders. During her time in Seattle, she managed three Kitchen and Bath showrooms and led a team of 14 designers. As Sales Director, she oversaw projects from design to construction completion in both residential and commercial sectors.

Rhonda is a strong advocate for the design-to-build concept, which allows her to work closely with clients from initial design to final execution. She excels in spatial planning and functionality, considering these elements the foundation of great design. Her philosophy that excellent design should be accessible to all, regardless of budget, coupled with her extensive knowledge in both design and construction, enables her to guide clients effectively on cost-efficient solutions.
