With over 25 years of construction experience, Greg Phare is well-equipped for his role as Project Manager and Designer at 123 Remodeling. His background includes hands-on construction work, licensed general contracting, project coordination, interior design, lighting design, and smart home technology. After working as a field technician for many years, Greg founded his own smart home company in Colorado. His company designed complex home automation systems.
After living in Portugal for several years, he reunited with his family in Scottsdale, where he continues to do the design and space planning work he is passionate about. At 123 Remodeling, he combines his extensive construction knowledge with a solutions-oriented approach to project management. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, running, hiking, photography, and fashion design.
